I disagree. I use a very simple rule to determine what is the right thing to do. I put myself in the situation of our government and military. 1. Could I go into Afghanistan with a gun and knowingly kill an innocent person, for example a woman who has been oppressed and abused by the men of the Taliban? No, I couldn't pull the trigger. I could not kill indiscriminantly in Afghanistan (or any other country). If I cannot do it, I cannot condone our representatives doing it. Could you pull the trigger? 2. Could I pull the trigger on OBL or his followers? No question.
