Jurgis: I am not an owner of LHO, but briefly have considered it. This comes second hand, but I have every reason to believe the source: the CEO sales were the result of a margin call, plain and simple. That was a contributing factor in the severe price drop during that time. I've also heard that some analysts believe the company will cut its dividend on the order of 25% on an annualized basis, no big surprise there. LHO's space is, obviously, a tough space to be in at this time.
