He did mention implants as a possibility but only as a last resort after everything else has been tried.

I have a feeling deafness is suddenly going to be front and center topic of many discussions now. I've been listening to him since I heard the news, he sounds great.

I didn't realize you had implanted the good ear. I honestly to believe Rush's situation will bring hearing problems very much to the forefront. And most especially cochlear if he chooses that route.

I have to tell you B, that is a beautiful visual of you embracing the piano as your wife plays. My daughter moved to ATL and recently got a new "baby" grand and I had the the opportunity to hear her play again for the first times in years. And oh the memories......

Are you saying the implant didn't work for you?

I implanted my good ear, so I'm totally deaf now.
