I was perhaps the No. 1 critic of Limbaugh in this regard. I made the point several times that Limbaugh can only function in a very controlled environment ... that you never see him taking questions from college kids a la Pat Buchanan ... he's a basher, not a debater. This criticism had nothing to do with his recent deafness. Re: "I pray he finds a solution that allows him to continue to speak what he believes." I agree. I don't wish what he's going through on anyone.
