Out of the 700 students at the madrasah, 127 are foreigners. Nearly half the student body at Darul Uloom Haqqania, the madrasah that created the Taliban, is from Afghanistan. > My answer to these non-sensical religious schools and their provocative nonsense is reported in the link that I have posted under. I think you may have missed it. Eternal optimism is better than anything else, lets hope for the best and live with it, these forces of darkness have no place in our modern society. Look at the date of the linked article and see the intensity of my cry. A sincere human soul senses things before they happen and cry for the reasons, I have never been able to understand the underlying reason of hatred in Islamic extremist society, I always think they missed their enlightenment, may be or may be not, they take the meaning of Quran too literally that borders the exact Islam that Taliban practice. Going back to medieval age in this day and age is denial of self-existence. The contradictions and demands of modern age coupled with baggage of the past that they like to continue with may be turning the extremist Islamic societies up side down. It is alarming but may be true. On Musharraf I think he will change so will the circumstances of our region, I see a common chord and kind of little agreement between him and intelligentsia across the border, I am hopeful that they will strike something. The confidence factor in India should be high especially after Aziz and Mehmood departure. With hawks not around I hope he would be reaching out. My best to you and yours..iranian.com
