The key in the overlay is that QCOM is finally delivering TDMA overlays in a real trial. No more white papers. Look for more of these announcements by the CDMA America's conference at the end of the month in San Diego.

Are TDMA overlays a big deal? I thought that TDMA and CDMA were based on the same core network and so installing a CDMA network wasnt going to be that complex.
