knowingly harbor people or groups that help finance terrorists I think the administration has forcefully kicked the tar-baby. I don't think much forethought was given to the course of action, but now that it has been picked (and kicked) the U.S. had better eliminate the scourge or risk a draining continuous level of terrorism to continue indefinitely. This will ultimately be nothing less than the New World Order that Bush Daddy spoke about a long time ago in a country far far away. TP
