Right.. I saw that.. and I am glad to get MRVC in exchange and I guess in this environment the ratio is probably hard to pin down anyway since MRVC already own so much of LMNE.. I just hope that going forward, management will be a bit sharper in PR terms.. We are also dependant on the sector recovery for sure..

now, sector....no matter how you slice it, it was a "buydown" for LMNE. the question isn't whether the remaining part of MRV is undervalued or not. that's supposed to be determined by the market. clearly, LMNE was being valued by the market at a higher level.

How long will it take for one of the negative guys to respond with "yeah, but right now they're being worn by a homeless panhandler"? Any minute now... Dee Jay
