true. but take a look at TYC's buyout of their division,TCM. a premium. i'm just pointing out that it IS a buydown. they are buying at under the market valuation. i don't see any way to dispute that fact.

And of course they are getting away with it because it is short form and there is no one at LMNE to argue the case. On Friday, market was putting better valuation for LMNE then MRVC did today.. I won't be surprised to see some unhappy IPO holders to make a fuss.

Oh well..
