Dear Robert O: Your dim brain can't see that most report sites do not show the GAAP earnings, but do show the Pro Forma ones for Intel. John Q Public is being snowed by the reporting of the wrong figures! Just look at the earnings as reported on this site. They do not notate that these earnings are Pro Forma, do they? You have consistently tried to equate Pro Forma Intel earnings with GAAP AMD ones. There is no comparison that is valid except at the same base. Using a valid basis, Intel is far behind in the last quarters reported. You do not like the fact that Intel has earned less per share than AMD for the last 2 years. Deal with it! Pete
