Your OSIS link shows 100,000 insider shares just registered for sale by the CEO Deepak Chopra and another insider: biz.yahoo.com 100,000 shares of OSIS is a good sized chunk of the float which is only 3.3M Your link also shows avg OSIS volume is 45,000 shares so this unanticipated liquidity is a good time for big sells to get out relatively unnoticed. I would imagine a whole bunch of insider sales forms are on the way in the biometric and advanced detection stocks in the coming days/weeks, as runups of 250% (IDX, MAGS), 300% (VSNX), 500% (INVN), 650% (VISG), etc are very hard to ignore to insiders who have waited a long time to sell for a profit.
