Roger McNamee, Integral Capital Partners

The risk is down dramatically. Investors know that Sept. Q earnings are the worst they have ever seen in the Technology group

Investors have also discounted a very difficult 4Q

The most typical loss from Tech highs is 95%

Uncertainty is at a level we haven't seen in 2 generations

The market reflects that uncertainty

We will not see a bull market any time soon

The risk-reward at this level is very good if you have a time horizon of 2-3 years

McNamee's Picks:

FLEX

SEBL

Riskwaly: You are missing the point.... If the bombing continues during the Holy month then there is a definite risk of the Taliban actually GAINING support as they will undoubtably twist and drum in the notion of the US disrespecting the face of Islam.

Yes, this is war, but you are being very naive if you think the upcoming Holy month is insignificant.
