Win:

"There's plenty enough hatred to go around there. It doesn't all come from one side. I may be a little dim, but it's not all that clear to me which side is better indoctrinated on who and how to hate. I can't quite see the point of people trying to out-hate each other, but it seems like a common enough emotion these days."

Abaddon...Apollyon...Hatred is the angel of the bottomless pit!

Win,

I checked out the web site of Harper's magazine, and found this interesting quote:

North Korea issued a statement of support for President Bush's crusade against terrorism.

Joe

PS: The apparent political leaning takes a bit from credibility of the story, which would still be sad even if the instigators were the teenage boys.

Win, it looks like the arabs incited the kids to these acts for press purposes since they had ambulances ready.
It is inherently stupid to coerce children to attack with stones against guns so the only reason is to get press against Israel.
With education these kids will become empowered and determine their own fate and not waste their lives on futile doomed tasks which are held out as tickets to paradise.
