Excuse me you are quite right Dubai is the capital of the United Arab Emirates. I just fired my secretary I truly meant the Sudan, but that was also meant for the second list... lol I hope no one believes this poor excuse ;-). I guess I was thinking About the Dubai Desert Classic golf tournament and wondering if Tiger would cancel unless the hosts take some fair steps ;-). I received a private response I would like to publish but I'm waiting for permission.
