mind you, at least one day per month i am not exactly 'thanking' Echemeculpa for this -g-

Ah one of those things that support the theory that women are a very necessary evil... -g-

Your comments are fair, except with so many problems at Mexico's home PLUS the fact that their resources are strained already, I would think that the dreams you speak of would be better to have them in fixing the so many things that are broken, as if not... things get worse by the day.

I am not saying don't dream... just do it wisely and allocated where the best benefit would be obtained.

No question that Fox and the process that got him elected is a leap of great proportions away from corruption. I hope he is faring well in the thousand and one other things he must be attempting to fix. Truth is... I have not followed things for a long, long time now. I am not sure I would quite understand all the stuff that goes on as I am not familiar with the details.

, what would be the point in getting out of bed in the morning? ... time to get rid of that Chico México attitude imho, it's been overused by the very robolucionarios of whch you speak ... country has problems at home, well what country doesn't ... it also has a place to take in this world - why shouldn't there be a regiment of the Ejército keeping the peace on heights of the West Bank? ... there are canadians on the Golan Heights right now, they do fine

Well Marcos... quite simply because if Mexico were to do that it would be contradicting one of its "Prime Directives" in re: La Auto-determinacion de los Pueblos" (one of the best doctrines imo there are in the world.)

That is for starters... for seconds because the Gov. can't afford it and so on...

It is not a matter of becoming isolated... Mexico hardly can afford to be -gg- It is more a matter of resolving the inside first and then be concern to get in other people's problems.

The changes in attitudes I am sure are the result of the new realities.
