yes, that sounds familiar. and it's been argued that if islamic extremists had them they would have used one by now.

for example, instead of a rowboat full of tnt that holed the uss cole, why not a suitcase device that would have left nothing but an oilslick?

of course, logic hasn't parsed real well lately, so, i'm whistling past the graveyard, trying to keep thinking calm thoughts...
