If it is determined that anthrax was delivered thru the mail, there will be a whole new round of economic disruption. Offices all over the country will be scrambling to add defensive measures. But how do you protect your mail room against anthrax? Sterilize all the mail before opening it? Have the mail room staff wear masks?

All the terrorists have to do is to send a few biohazard mail bombs now and then to cause panic.
