Tom, Nobody muzzles me in this regard, but I don't want anyone to think I know anything about this sort of deal. <g> Most of the money flowing out is tax scamming, legitimate and illegitimate. Direct investment is an odd bird. In those countries, about the only direct investment is a bank or a hotel. Of which many are being built. But probably not that many. There is no investigation for the same reason the Nazis never shut down the outflow of funds to Swiss banks during WWII. Those who enact and enforce the laws are among those who benefit.
