Eagles were flat and seemed to take the Cardinals lightly ..............They were down 14-0 in the first quarter.

Zona has given them trouble in the past. It's a division game (well at least for this year).

I thought they had it wrapped up in the last minute but the Eagles went into a prevent D (It must have been Reid overruling Jimmy Johnson-Eagles D Coordinator) The end result was they let Plummer look like a real QB for a day.

The prevent D irks me to no end. The other intangible that raised my eyebrows was Reid's decision to take the wind in the 3rd instead of the 4th quarter. I assumed he thought with the Eagles scoring 17 straight prior to half, that they would have the momentum in the 3Q to bury the Cardinals. Personally, I would have taken the wind in the 4Q.

The Eagles have a bye this week and then it's off to the Meadowlands against the Jints on Monday night. Hopefully, it'll be a watchable game.

Last night's debacle at Detroit was laughable. The Rams are absolutely awesome. They will not lose on turf especially indoors.

P.S. How the hell is Ty Detmer still playing in the NFL?
