I think he may have meant to say "bears", but other than that I have no idea.

Perhaps the sentence could read,

"I am finding out their are bears out there that realize the need for transparency."

It comes more in line with his subject, but it still is unclear. Why don't you ask him?

I thought he was saying that some ears out there might be better off if they were transparent and hence less noticeable.
