Best Buy Co. Inc., Eden Prairie, said its BestBuy

.com unit has launched a digital download site. The site will
offer music downloads from EMI, AOL Time Warner and
BMG, and the retailer hopes to add content from other major
labels.

ADC Telecommunications Inc., Minnetonka, said it has an
agreement to sell its radio frequency filtration equipment
business to REMEC Inc. Terms of the deal include $50.1 million
in cash for sale of stock of ADC Mersum Oy in Oulu, Finland.
Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein served as financial advisers
and assisted ADC with the sale. The sale, expected to close
within 30 days, affects about 600 ADC employees in Finland.

Raymedica Inc., Bloomington, a development-stage medical
device developer and manufacturer, said it received a notice of
allowance from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for an
additional patent covering an alternative method of
manufacturing its prosthetic disc nucleus device, a spinal
implant designed to replace the function of a failed disc in the
lower back. The device has not yet been approved for marketing
in the United States, where it is available only as an
investigational device.

Stellent Inc., Eden Prairie, formerly IntraNet Solutions, said
it formed a strategic alliance with Primix, a professional
services firm that helps clients use the Internet, wireless and
broadband technologies.

MTS Systems Corp., Eden Prairie, said it received more than
$16 million in orders for advanced seismic and building
simulation equipment.
