There's a very good reason why these vaccines are not used generally. They are very dangerous and carry very significant side-effect risk. Those interested in the subject should consider amazon.com which contains a lot of useful information.

It's maybe not available for the general public, but I'm sure that if you have enough money and the right connections, you could get it. Rush Limbaugh definitely has connections and money. Though, as I said, it's purely rumor at this point that his deafness is connected with an anthrax vaccination.
