I have to agree with you. Even if these kimberlite(s) are huge and the proportion of diamondiferous bodies is high compare to the average, I am not sure we will see an operating mine soon there. Cost of developping such a project will be enormous and de Beers have better things to do IMHO.

And since I am to old to wait, I prefer «grassroot» plays like the one in the James Bay area for a rapid return on my investment!
