Apart from the childish mentality of Sun management and some MS hating shareholders, how is this good news for Sun?

According to the aforementioned MS haters, the two companies don't compete in the same market. And if they do (as of course we know they do), how will penalties against MS help Sun?

Welcome back. I'm looking to buy some more myself, but am thinking I'll wait until late next week, when we have the dual forces of earnings and options expiration likely to introduce some volatility.

JMHO.
