Interesting that Ord uses an ARMS signal to (potentially) call a top since it was the ARMS signal that repeatedly failed to call a bottom. Perhaps this is a case of certain indicators working better in a bear market vs. a bull market? Or with the trend vs. against it?

Of course, this current ARMS signal might mean just as much as the last one did, but it will be interesting to watch to see if we can glean anything from its effectiveness or lack thereof.
