It has already traded 14,637,100 shares and the float reportedly is only 14.1 M <g> It is up only 59% so far.<g>

It seems Dr.Northrup's patents and instruments are good and the rest of the board's qualifications also look impressive.

I was saying that the BC list was not complete, not yours (with the "public" filter). I hold a small chunk of two private companies that have rec'd DARPA funding, and they aren't on the BC list.
