I think you handled the situations you described very well. But of course not everyone does. I suppose it is human nature to focus on the problem areas rather then where things are going decently well. This is not a good thing if it causes you to do nothing because of cynicism or pessimism and it is not a good thing if it causes a massive overreaction. However the problems can still be important and some attention should be brought to them. Tim
