Tai Chi is primarily a martial art. It teaches balanced self-defence, confidence and poise. It's 'mystical' only if you believe that learning to centre and balance oneself is mystical mumbo-jumbo. No doubt you can get heavily into the mystical side if you so wish... you migth have gathered that that wasn't what I was referring to. I'm not sure what Ms Cleo is, although I deduced I was being insulted... And I was going to (gleefully) post that Jedi story but you beat me to it.
