Just to provide an example of how almost generic a Milberg Weiss lawsuit is, in the month of August they sued: F5 Networks on the 1st Marvell Technology Group on the 1st Aspect Medical Systems on the 2nd Delano Technology on the 3rd Mediaplex on the 3rd MatrixOne on the 9th Equinix on the 9th Vicinity on the 9th Eloquent on the 15th Globalnet on the 15th Niku on the 16th Nuance Communications on the 20th ONI Systems on the 24th Just scanning back a few months, you can find Palm, Transmeta, Tivo, Lucent, etc. If a company's stock drops, Milberg Weiss sues 'em, no matter what the reason for the drop.
