does anybody remember Proposition 201 in California? Back in 95...do you remember who the Law firm was that put it on the ballot and do you remember which technology company (among dozens) worked hard to defeat it?

Yes yes and yes.

I also remember Intel going in to a silent mode until the outcome was known. No comment on anything.

John, it was a foregone conclusion that Milberg Weiss would sue Intel given their past conflict.

I would pay good money to see Bill Lerach face Andy Grove in a Texas Chainsaw Death Match.
