I listened to his conversation with Mayor Giuliani and that was what prompted me to comment. I agree that
some go well but with others the problem seems evident imo.

it will change but settle into something new, he will get used to the vibrations. He could also do rehab, he surely has all the tools right there at the station to monitor is speech pattern visually.
