very true.

but sovereignty is a red herring for a different issue. poor trade relationships may be a very valid issue. let's not confuse it with a red herring.

am i to assume that you wouldn't force anybody to do anything about eu's economic power? if not, the system worked as it would work under your system. the eu could deny access to europe with or w/o a trade agreement.
