For me a lot of it has to do with the barometer and the freakin' elliptical fall light. Even one glass of wine will set me off. I have combination migraines/cluster headaches which, when really bad, can look like a small stroke. And the nausea is no fun. I hate to ask: what's this about bananas? I'm already avoiding cheese, chocolate and processed meats. Here is my new version of Heaven: I drink copious amounts of red wine and pop chocolates like jujubes. My ex- husband gets the ensuing migraine.
