" I really have no opinion on fake smoking in movies."

I asked not because of Clinton but because the discussion brought it to mind and it's a pet peeve of mine, ie lead characters in movies smoking even though it adds nothing to the story or to its realism. I am quite certain the tobacco companies are paying Hollywood to do it as a way of advertising and Hollywood is prostituting itself by taking the money to do it. It is particularly annoying to me because it is so easy to see the the actors or actresses are not real smokers since they either do not inhale or fake inhaling. The advertising, of course, is directed at impressionable kids and hero worshippers....

fake smoking in the movies, well everything in the movies is fake. Everything about mr. bill was fake. mr. bill believed nothing and every word from the man was an act to an audience. Yes like a movie mr. bill was all image and no substance. mr. bill was all smoke and mirrors. Without the puffing power of the US government creating a smokescreen the true hollow stupid self absorbed selfish reality of the man is no longer obscured from the view of any. But their are still those who got to close. The smoke is ingrained in their eyes and has blinded them.
