LOL, sounds dire.
Did 'thinking like a cat' include finding a comfortable spot, curling up and sleeping through the rest of the session? Or at least staring into space and ignoring the instructor? (Not to mention the less savoury habits.)

Never mind getting much out of it, I think I'd just have got out of it...
