The PALM OS has no future.

Take a look at the Nokia 9290. nds1.nokia.com Introduced in the U.S. in June. A smart phone with a screen size of 640 x 200 pixels. Coincidentally, 640 pixels is the standard width of an internet page.

Why would anybody in their right mind want to own a Palm with is dinky little screens, when the can get a smart phone win a few years that let them fully use the internet, with an integrated cell phone, pager etc.

Palms were popular devices at the turn of the century. They have no future, and will be a footnote in history, as soon as the U.S.deployes 2.5 g networks (probably take two years imho).
