BRAD: I think yesterday's runup was just that--a product of the day. Brad's coming out of the active picture is, in my book, very much of a NEGATIVE, unless he has been so shell-shocked by the events of the merger, share price collapse and so on, that he is to be counted as one of the "walking-dead". This doesn't leave the prospective investor much to go on: -- a screwed-up or at least complicated merger -- unreliable financial information -- its "Visionary" out of the picture -- an acting-CEO -- falling bookings (like everybody else) -- a brutal sales environment Best stance from my point of view is to stay away until more positive signs appear (if they do).
