I think Charley was referring to the incident where McDermott made public an illegal recording of a private telephone conversation, for purely partisan political purposes. usatoday.com He sleazed out of it legally but revealed what a scumbag he really is. BTW, today's nonsense from Mr. McDermott was purely partisan also. He was assigned to take this swipe at Bush by the democrats since his district is totally safe - which is a mark of shame for the residents of his district.
