Of course it seems that way to you because you are under his spell. Unable to differeniate the true from the false. The truth of the matter is that the New York attack's planning began while Clinton was in office AND that his pussywillow responses in Somalia, Kenya, and the like convinced BeenLaden et al, that the US was soft and could be had. President Cruisemissle is a national disgrace. Instead of upsetting the ecomonomy you cry so vociferiously about by fighting back, President Cruisemissle blewup rocks, bit his lip, and went back to BS'ing you, and chasing women. I'll gaurantee you this, If Clinton had had any balls at all, he would have leveled Mogadishu to the friggin ground after they dragged out Rangers thru the streets. And 6,000 Americans might still be alive, and 2 Towers in NY would still be standing.
