...is more famous for another public address, incidentally given in a cemetery in Pennsylvania. i won't type it all out, but you might recognize it from the opening words...

you see...the man who said, "Give us a protective tariff, and we will have the greatest country on earth", gave an address on November 19, 1863 which started out with the immortal words..."Four score and seven years ago..."
