I've always thought that what we should do is gather up all the Crips, Bloods, white supremacists and drug dealers, give them all the tanks and weapons they want and send them over to Afghanistan to deal with the Taliban and OBL. The reward is their poppy fields and drug trade. It would be fairly easy to deal with them later.
