LOL!! It did state heads of state-- Benny would be pushing the limits on the definition,, but the bleeding hearts would have whinned for years. The big boomers wre certainly to kill him-- but not up close and personal. The job was NOT done and did 2 things,,, one made him more aware of Billys intentions toward him (was Monica a Muslim in disguise?) and pissed him off! Just like owning a gun-- do NOT unless you plan on using it and are able to live with the results. Wingin em just does not work. If you do not have the balls to kill then hide behind (Billy thought UNDER) a skirt.
