I'm sorry you missed it, X. It was/is a dream that became the strongest, fairest, most tolerant and selfless nation on earth. We are many peoples but our strength is not, and never was, multi-ethnic or any other hyphenated BS. We are German and Italian and Polish and African and Irish and English and French and Japanese and we all love what we were but we love being American more. Or, at least, we did.
