Can anyone explain what type of strategy one should apply for selling calls around earnings? I think CSCO and EMC are due to report around 10/17. I assume everyone is still expecting disappointing earnings, so does that mean to expect the stock to sell off soon after their announcements? Hope everyone is doing well. I was thinking of buying back my QCOM Oct70 for .15 and selling the Nov50 for about 1.25. What do you think? Anyone doing any selling of calls lately? Not much posting going on lately.
