Lola-- the Indian govt is usually rather quiet,, if not reserved. Their patience & perserverance has paid off. Certainly there are other organizations now in India accumulating info (to the chagrin of Pak). Not only the CIA but orgs of other countries besides the US. India is another country most US citizens do not blend into the general population so some will certainly have a known presence. IMO the FBI and govt are well aware of what has really been going on in Pak. That info was used to tighten the govt enough to make changes and offer assistance. There will be less Pak can hide with info from their neighbors..
