Not sure about options, but you can trade (sell) bond and treasury futures if you have an account with a commodities broker. You may be able to buy options on TYX (interest rate on 30yr treasury) through your regular broker.

Another thought on interest rates. Gold should increase in value as interest rates go up. This shake out is a good entry imo.
