In my post on why LMNE is ideally set up for sale I missed two extra points.

10) LMNE Shanghai will enjoy a very low tax rate
11) LMNE already sells to China. Moving more production to China saves the 10%+ import tax now imposed on sales into China.

LMNE is a very attractive holding. Their sales downturn will not last much longer.
