NGEN? Well think about it for a second. . . what did NGEN receive from the Army? a three-year, $1.5 million grant That grant is essentially a half-million dollars per year to research and develop a product over the next 3 years.

Guess what . . . trader/investors just handed them $100 million in market capitalization this morning. It doesn't add up.

So what we have here is a bubble. Investor/traders are jumping into anything that has the word "bioterrorism" in it. . . regardless of whether or not there is any meat to the news or to the company. So when playing ANY of these, you must follow the rules of momentum trading. . . . for those who forget the primary rule, I'll refresh your memory:

FIFO

Be first in and first out

And don't believe the hype.

Now I must say that there is considerable emotion behind each of these momentum. So throw rationality out the window and play them as though they were merely being pumped by Gilder, Harmon or CNBC.
