Many of those people don't pay FICA taxes either since they are rebated 100% or more via EITC. It'll be interesting to see how much or little of these rebate checks get spent.

good idea! and while we're at it, why not simply monetize all the malinvestments? the Fed CAN buy busted telco debts, no?
