Obviously I don't know Duff, but I wonder if Noam is waiting for all the complete returns to come in. Mr. Glazer's death, aside from being a terrible personal tragedy, may have thrown some of the reporting data off by a few days or weeks. Noam might be able to see the revenue figures, but might not know all the costs, write offs, etc. that were Mr. Glazer's responsibility.

Going from the low points of the ranges given in the July CC's:LMNE down about 5.5 mil. MRVC up 4.5 mil.

The overall miss is therefore 1 mil.; but until today's pr all we knew for sure was a miss of 5.5 mil.

Incidentally, the July guidance was for non-LMNE Q4 revenues of 52-57 mil. Anyone think that guidance may be increased at the next cc?
